Nick is a Managing Director of Local Generation Limited and leads the team that is building this exciting new green energy business. He was previously Managing Director of Fenmarc Produce Limited and is also a Non-Executive Director of Agellus Projects Limited and Elsoms (Spalding) Limited.
Nick has a range of operations, commercial and strategic experience, gathered in Fenmarc Produce and prior to that, in a range of manufacturing and people roles during a 15-year career in Mars, Inc.

Dawn is Technical, Sales & Marketing & HR Director of Local Generation. She has qualifications in Food Science and Human Resources, and acts as a business mentor for the Prince's Trust. Dawn brings additional business expertise from her previous roles within sister company Fenmarc and leading FMCG companies, including Mars Inc and General Foods.

“I'm far from a ‘super green’ but I do try to practice sustainability in my everyday life where I can. We have carried the same philosophy of credible sustainability into the design of our sites. Not all AD facilities are or will be the same! It's not just about what we do … how we do it is just as important.”
Neil is Engineering Projects Director and he looks after everything related to engineering and health and safety at Local Generation, including plant scoping, process, construction, maintenance and plant innovation. He's a qualified electrical engineer and was recently appointed Vice Chairman of the Anaerobic Digestion and Biogas Association (ADBA) working group on policy. He has a strong background in capital project management.
Before joining Local Generation, Neil was at sister company Fenmarc. He has also gained experience at Geest PLC and in other industries, including utilities, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and electrical control.

Carole is Group Finance Director for Lifecrown Investments and is working closely with the Local Generation team to secure funding and manage investors. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has an MBA from Nottingham University. Carole recently sold a business that she set up to develop and market organically certified household cleaning products. Before that, she held finance and management roles in Boots.

Gail is an experienced and qualified finance and administration professional, and has held several senior financial roles within the Lifecrown Group since being transferred to the Group's head office at March in 1998. Currently Group Financial Controller, she facilitates and manages Local Generation's business reporting and implements financial controls. Gail is also Company Secretary of Local Generation Ltd.

Allan joined Local Generation as Operations Director after years of supply-chain experience with leading food manufacturing companies. He’s responsible for implementing excellent customer service while driving the efficiency, quality standards and smooth operation of our AD plant and future plants. Previously, Allan was Group Sustainability Manager for one of the UK's largest food producers, responsible for energy, waste and water initiatives at 30 sites, including maximising use of an AD plant.
